This is an excellent business opportunity to gain one-on-one contact with doctors of veterinary medicine from all over Louisiana. Last year, over 400 veterinarians attended our Winter Meeting!
Exhibitors

Preferred Booth - $950 - SOLD OUT
Have your choice at which booth you would like to exhibit. Please email the LVMA Office to make sure your Preferred Booth is still available!
Regular Booth - $800 - SOLD OUT
This ensures that you will be listed in all convention registration materials and will receive booth placement in our exhibit hall.
Booths Include: One 8'x8' Booth Space, One 6' Table, 2 Chairs, ID Sign, Waste Basket, and 500watt Basic Electric
Table Top Booth - $800
Although we have sold out of booths, we have limited table top spaces available. This booth includes a 6' table, 2 chairs, and wastebasket - plus it's in a great location closer to registration.
Exhibit space will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve bases. Exhibitors who register after February 15, 2026 will be charged an additional $50 for Regular and Preferred booths.

Sponsorship Opportunities
In addition to your booth in the exhibit hall, maximize your exposure to the attendees (veterinarians, veterinarian technicians, and students) by being a sponsor! By being a sponsor, your company's name will be displayed for all participants to see on signage throughout the meeting and also in the various convention literature. The meeting provides several sponsorship opportunities for vendors. If you would like to donate door prizes, please contact the LVMA office.
