Associate membership is perfect for graduates of a school or college of veterinary medicine in good professional standing and who are non-residents of Louisiana.

Who says it doesn't pay to marry a veterinarian? Spouses of current members receive the same benefits as their partners, but at deeply discounted costs.

Graduate Membership ($0 for First Year)

Graduate member receive all of the benefits of active members with none of the costs! If you graduated from a school or college of veterinary medicine during the current calendar year, you will receive up to 18 months of active membership for free!

Student Membership ($0/year)

Currently enrolled students also are eligible for all of the active member benefits at no cost! If you are currently enrolled in a veterinary school program, you will receive the same benefits as an active member for free!

Join - Student

LVMA membership terms are based on the calendar year (January 1st - December 31st). Anyone who joins the LVMA prior to November 1st of any given calendar year will have a membership expiration date of December 31, of the same calendar year. Anyone who joins after November 1st will have a membership expiration date through the next calendar year.
